The things teachers ask first
Do I need a current account or a company?
No. Your personal UPI ID is enough. Parents pay you directly — FeeFlow never holds your money, so there's no KYC and no gateway to register with.
Will parents be annoyed by the messages?
They get one polite reminder before the due date, and one follow-up if it's unpaid. Nothing at night or early morning. Most parents prefer it — they'd rather be reminded than be chased.
What if a parent says they paid but didn't?
Nothing is marked paid on their say-so. When a parent taps "I've paid", it goes into a queue for you to confirm against your own account. If you mark it as not received, reminders carry on.
Is my students' information safe?
We store a student's name, class and fee — nothing more. No date of birth, no address, no photographs. Your data is separated from every other teacher's, and you can export or delete all of it at any time. See our privacy policy.
