Who we are

FeeFlow is operated by [YOUR BUSINESS NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. FeeFlow helps private tuition teachers and coaching centres in India track fees and send payment reminders to parents over WhatsApp.

What this page collects

FeeFlow is not yet open to the public. Right now this website does one thing: it takes your name and WhatsApp number so we can tell you when it's ready. Specifically, when you submit the form we store:

• Your name and WhatsApp number, as you typed them.
• Which page you signed up from — the tutor page or the coaching centre page.
• How you found us — if you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign tags in the link you clicked.
• Your IP address and browser, recorded to stop the form being abused.
• The date and time you signed up.

That is the complete list. We do not ask for an email address, an address, a payment method, or anything about your students at this stage.

What we do with it

We will send you a WhatsApp message when FeeFlow is ready for you, and occasionally about its progress. That is all. We will not message you about anything else, and we will not pass your number to anyone who will.

The campaign information tells us which advertisements brought people in, so we know where to spend and where to stop. It is only ever looked at in aggregate.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. There is no Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics, and nothing following you to other websites.

Your browser keeps a note of the campaign you arrived from for the length of your visit, so that it can be sent along if you sign up. It is discarded when you close the tab and it never leaves your device until you submit the form.

What the product itself will store

When your account opens, FeeFlow will hold the information you enter to run your fee collection:

• Your account: name, WhatsApp number, business name, and a password stored only as a cryptographic hash — never in readable form.
• Students: the student's name, their class or batch, and any note you add.
• Parents: the parent's name and WhatsApp number.
• Fees: the monthly amount, due date, what has been paid, when, and how.
• Messages: the text of every reminder and receipt sent, the number it went to, and whether it was delivered.

Children's data

Student names belong to children. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, processing a child's personal data requires verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, and prohibits tracking, behavioural monitoring and advertising directed at children. FeeFlow does none of the latter.

Teachers are responsible for obtaining parental consent before entering a student's details, and for having a lawful basis to message that parent. We provide the tool; we cannot verify that consent on your behalf.

We deliberately keep children's data to a minimum: a name and a class. No date of birth, address, photograph or school record.

Who else sees this

• Our hosting provider — this website and its data sit on infrastructure they operate.
• Our WhatsApp messaging provider — to send you a message we must pass your number and the message text to a messaging provider, and in turn to WhatsApp (Meta).

We do not sell data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until FeeFlow launches and you have either taken up an account or told us you are not interested, and in any case no longer than two years. Ask us to delete you sooner and we will, promptly.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you can, at any time:

• Ask what we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Have it deleted. One message and your entry is gone.
• Withdraw consent to being contacted, without giving a reason.
• Complain — to us at [CONTACT EMAIL], or to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Signup records are stored where they cannot be reached from the web, and access to them is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise — if a breach affects your data we will tell you and notify the Data Protection Board as required.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell you directly.
